(PVIP) Malaysia Premium Visa
A “Residency Through Investment” concept that allows foreigners to invest and reside in Malaysia for 20 years,
with an option to extend for another 20 years thereafter.
- No age restrictions to be a principal applicant.
- No physical presence or minimum stay criteria.
- Allowed to work, conduct businesses, study, invest and purchase properties (subject to state laws) with no distinction from Malaysian citizens.
- The PVIP is applicable for 20 years, and participants have an option to extend a further 20 years before expiry (20+20 years).
- Allowed to bring their spouses, children, parents, in-laws, and domestic workers as dependants subject to existing immigration laws.
